Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy – Fruition for Hair We’re excited to welcome you to Fruition for Hair. To ensure a smooth experience for you and all our clients, please take a moment to read our online booking policy: 1. Booking Confirmation All appointments booked online require a valid phone number and email address. You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is accepted. 2. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure bookings for longer or specialist services. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your service. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right. 6. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell or have been unwell recently, please reschedule your appointment. We’re committed to providing a safe and comfortable space for everyone. 7. Payment Options We accept EFTPOS, Afterpay, ZIP Pay and bank transfers. Full payment is due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
